︎︎︎The Beautiful and Damned Exhibition

The fall season’s leading Impressionist exhibition was designed in conjunction with Sotheby’s auction house in London. The namesake of the show, F. Scott Fitzgerald’s second novel, illustrated the jazzy decade through references to the razzle-dazzle pattern that were painted on ships during WWI. Meant to camouflage the vessel’s course by way of misdirection, the ingenious idea was brought into the architecture details of the show.
